Eagles Day Camp
Eagles Day Camp is a summer care option for Dubuque families offered by Holy Family Early Childhood at Resurrection Elementary School.
At Eagles Day Camp, students of various ages will enjoy weekly themed programming, hands-on projects, social-emotional learning, arts & crafts, outdoor play, club time, and off-site field trips. This childcare experience promises to provide our little eagles with a unique camp-like summer care experience.
Age-appropriate programming and activities will be offered for children age 3 through grade 5:
- Discovery Eagles: Ages 3–5 (Children must turn 4 years old on or before Sept. 15; Limited to 24 participants.)
- Explorer Eagles: Incoming 1st through incoming 6th grade (limited to 60 participants)

Registration Details
- Register for Eagles Day Camp via ProCare, Holy Family's Early Childhood program software.
- Registrations are accepted until capacity for the week is reached.
- As a DHS licensed program, additional documentation, including immunization records, will be required. These will be provided and can be returned or completed on the first day of camp.
Registration will open to the public on March 27. In order to register, please complete this Google form. You will then receive registration instructions from Eagles Day Camp Director Emily Burke on March 26.

Eagles Day Camp Weekly Themes
Each weekly session will follow a theme-inspired daily schedule, including:
- Educational activities
- Outdoor play
- Library time
- Social/emotional friendship and skill-building time
- Club time (to explore individual interests)
- Lunch and snacks will be provided (included in camp fee)
- Structured and unstructured game time
- Creation stations
- Gym time
- A field trip or enrichment activity hosted by guest instructors
Registration includes an Eagles Day Camp t-shirt to be worn on field trips and sunscreen.
| 1 | June 3–7 (pending school release) | Innovation Station | A week filled with experiments and activities that will have your future scientist exploding with excitement. Campers will discover their love for science, math, technology, and more. This week we will travel to the Creative Adventure Lab to build, create and explore! | 2 | June 10–14 | Future Olympian | Are you ready for a week of sports, skill-building, and teamwork? Whether your child is a budding athlete or just discovering their love for sports, our camp is designed to cater to all skill levels. From fundamental drills to advanced techniques, we will develop all the skills you need to become the next gold medalist. We will be testing these skills at Miracle League, All Around Gymnastics, and Derby Grange Mini Golf. | 3 | June 17–21 | All Around the World | Come celebrate the beauty of cultures from all around the world during our week dedicated to global diversity. Campers will receive a "passport" to stamp as they explore various cultural stations. From language lessons to traditional crafts, this interactive journey will foster a deep appreciation for the rich tapestry of global traditions. | 4 | June 24–28 | Summer in the Sky | Get ready for an astronomical adventure during our week of Summer in the Sky! Embark on a journey beyond the stars as we dive into the wonders and mysteries of our solar system and beyond. This week promises an out-of-this-world experience for young explorers, blending education with excitement. | 5 | July 1-5 | Patriotic | Join us for a week of star-spangled fun as we celebrate the spirit of America during our special Patriotic week at Eagles Day Camp! Immerse your child in a whirlwind of red, white, and blue activities that will ignite their patriotic pride and create lasting memories. | 6 | July 8–12 | Going Green | Unleash the spirit of exploration this summer during our nature themed week: Going Green. We'll enjoy a week filled with outdoor adventures, wildlife wonders and the beauty of nature that will leave your young adventurers buzzing with excitement. | 7 | July 15–19 | Culinary Kids | Prep your palate for a week of delicious delights during our culinary kids week as we embark on a journey to satisfy the cravings of our young campers. From taste tests to diverse food celebrations, your camper will whet their appetite. Campers will sharpen their cooking skills and expand their tastes! | 8 | July 22–26 | Animal Antics | Join us on a journey where campers will uncover the secrets of the animal kingdom. From the smallest insects to the mighty mammals, every day will bring a new and exciting opportunity to learn about the incredible diversity of life on Earth. By popular demand, we will return to The Henry Vilas Zoo in Madison, WI, to experience the wonders of the animals they have to offer. The Discovery Eagles will also be traveling to Berning Acres farm to learn more about the behind the scenes farm life!
