How is tuition determined?

Determining tuition rates begins with a calculation of the “cost to educate.” This is the per-pupil breakdown of all school-related expenses incurred in providing a quality, well-rounded educational program. Such expenses include salaries and benefits, building maintenance, utilities, curriculum expenditures and more.

You may be surprised to learn that tuition alone does not cover the entire cost to educate. However, thanks to our 11 supporting parishes, no family bears this full expense. In fact, on average, our parishes contribute over $4 million annually, which offsets approximately 39% of the educational costs for all Holy Family students.
